Our Conference Hotel is The Hyatt Regency Mérida

The code for the hotel reservations is ready and the rate per night for a double or single standard room is $ 1,025.00 Mexican pesos plus taxes (i.e. 17%) [this is around U$D105 total]; this price is better than the internet best available price. The code is simply IMEKO.

Unfortunately, as the price has been negotiated locally, it will not be possible to make reservations through the Hyatt web site.

At the moment, the hotel is fully booked for the night prior to our International Conference November 25^th. This situation is due to a large booking of a group finishing activities on that day.

We recommend you to arrive on Monday November 26^th. If you have plans to stay from Sunday, November 25^th or earlier it will be wise to look for accomodation in Uxmal or Cancun (3 hours drive to Merida). The following hotels are located in those cities.
