
The M4DT Follow Up&Support Group have decided to organize a broader M4DT activity, the event in which the people who are interested in the digital transformation meet, inviting interested colleagues of the SIM region to a 150 minutes presentation, discussion, and exchange on M4DT topics.

Wan-Ho Cho
KRISS - KoreaWan-Ho Cho was received a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in acoustics from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in 2002, 2004, and 2008, respectively. He was a postdoctoral. fellow in the Acoustics Laboratory at KAIST from 2008 September to 2010 February and he worked at the Department of Precision Mechanics of Chuo University in Tokyo, Japan, from 2010 April to 2012 February. From March 2012, he joined in the Department of Physical Metrology of Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science (KRISS). He is now the head of Acoustics, Ultrasound and Vibration Metrology Group in KRISS. He is also delegate and project leader of the digitalization project in KRISS and Co-Chair of FORUM-MD Discussion Group on Sensor Networks

CENAM - MexicoExperience in development of projects and services for the area of vibration and acoustics of CENAM. Knowledge applied to vibration and acoustics measurement. Experience in calibration services, development and optimization of measurement systems using instrumentation and signal control of various transducers, as well as programming skills, knowledge of standards for measurement laboratories, uncertainty estimation, teamwork, continuous improvement and implementation of Agile models. Active participation in digital transformation topics such as industry 4.0, metrology 4.0, digital calibration certificates, remote sensors and metrological cloud. I currently lead one of the digital transformation task forces under the name of agile projects”.
